What does the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training content cover?

The 152-hour ICF Level 2 programme comprises 4 core modules (Fundamental Coaching Skills, Coach Presence & Deep Listening, World of Possibilities, Taking Action & Co-creation), 2 elective specialisation modules (Executive, Team, Career, Student or Parent Coaching), one-to-one mentoring sessions and a Turkish performance evaluation.

Which titles can be obtained when the training is completed?

Participants who complete the training and the required coaching practice hours can apply directly for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

What are the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training fee and payment options?

The Basic Coaching Package is offered at 48,588 TL (VAT included), and the Full ICF Level 2 Programme at 102,810 TL (VAT included). There is an option for 6 interest-free instalments on Maximum, World Card, CardFinans, Bonus, Paraf and Axess credit cards.

Are the training sessions online or face-to-face?

All modules are conducted interactively and live online (via Zoom) between 19:00 and 23:00 in the evening.

Çok uzun zamandır almak istediğim fakat başlamaya bir türlü cesaret edemediğim eğitimin 1.modülünü bitirdim. Daha bir modülde bile çok farklı deneyimler kazandım tabiki Yeşim hocanın moderatörlüğü bilgisi tecrübesi deneyimleri inanılmaz kibar ve anlayışlı yaklaşımı sonraki modülleri sabırsızlıkla bekleme sebep oldu.. desteklerin, bilgeliğin mentörlüğün için çok teşekkür ederim. Sevgili Meltem,
Buyuk bir telas ve umutsuzlukla sana ulastigimda ACC sertifika yenilemem icin 4 aydan az bir surem kalmisti. Cok kisa bir sure icerisinde farkli senaryolar iceren bir egitim plani hazirlayarak, her asamada beni yonlendirerek Fugen ve Ayca’dan iki harika egitim, Asli’dan da olaganustu bir mentorluk almami sagladin. Bu Persembe itibari ile ICF’den onay mektubu elime ulasti. Destegin icin cok tesekkur ediyorum sana, tum egitmenlerimize ve Sola Ailesi’ne.

Günümüzde bilgiye ulaşmak artık çok kolay. Fakat, bilginin davranışa dönmüş halini bizzat deneyimlemek, bir yandan işin teoriğini öğrenirken bir yandan bunu gözlemleme şansı elde etmek ise paha biçilemez. Temel koçluk eğitimini Ayça gibi harika bir eğitmenden almak çok büyük bir şanstı. Derslerde zamanın nasıl geçtiğini bile anlamadım. hem koçlukla ilgili temel bilgileri aldık hem de uygulamalarla bu bilgileri hayata geçirdik . Çok teşekkürler Ayça. Çok doğru bir adreste olduğumu gördüm. İkinci modülü sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Alanında uzman da olsa herkesle her şeyi konuşabilme seçiciliği olan biri olarak, bir süredir sıkıştığım gündemimi kiminle paylaşırım diyordum ki; yıllar evvel koçluk eğitimimiz esnasında içtenliği ve yetkinliği ile hatırladığım Aslı’nın ilk aklıma gelmesi tesadüf olamazdı😊
Bir mesaj yoluyla kendisine ulaştığımda yeniden görüşeceğimize dair heyecanını naif bir dille ifade etmesiyle beş seanslık bir serüven başlamış oldu.
