Koçluk Eğitimi için katıldığım eğitimde; o güne kadar aslında bildiğim ve kullandığım iletişim yollarından tamamen farklı ve kişiye odaklı bir iletişim becerisi olduğunu öğrendim. Bu benim için oldukça farklı bir farkındalık oldu ve bugün kendimi pek çok açıdan incelerken buldum. Hem kendimi yeni bir açıdan geliştirirken, bir yandan da eğitimin hayatıma kattığı yeni değerlerle küçük adımlar atmaya çabalıyorum.
