Aidiyet duygusu önemlidir benim için. Bir yere ait olma, kendini bir yere ait hissetme güçlü bir duygudur. Kolay kolay inşaa edemezsiniz bu duyguyu. Heyecan yaratır, güçlü hissettirir, samimidir, içtendir, parçandır. Yeni yolculuğuma heyecanla başlarken bu duyguları bu kadar kısa sürede hissedeceğimi düşünmezdim. Başlangıçta eğitim seçimimi yaparken burada yorumlardaki içtenlik ve samimiyet beni çok etkilemişti. Umut’la konuşarak vermiştim kararımı, kişilikli adam, ne yaptığını ve yaptığı işe ne kadar inandığını gözlerinde görmüştüm. Her zaman söylediğim gibi Sola Unitas’ta olmak cok güzeldi. Bu sefer Yönetici Koçluğu icin oradaydım hem cok keyif aldım hem de yeni bilgilerle donandım. Çok alay ediyordum ‘elimi çarptığın koç çıkıyor, kıpırdamamaya çalışıyorum’ diye:)) 2013 Mayıs ayında aniden başladı koçluk maceram, tamamen rastlantısal olduğunu zannediyordum elbette, bilinçaltımın aslında beni bu yola sürüklediğini de NLP eğitiminde anladım.
