Koçluk yolculuğuna başladığımda meraklı ve heyecanlıydım. İlk 4 modülü tamamlayıp kendime baktığımda bu yolda ilk baştakinden de heyecanlı ve motivasyonlu bir şekilde devam ettiğimi görüyorum. İlk modülden başlayarak yaşadığım kişisel farkındalıklar hayatımı dönüştüren değiştiren bir etkiye sahip oldu. Koçluk yapmaya başladığım andan itibaren ise bu mesleğin gerçekten “sihirli” tarafları olduğunu anladım. İnsana dokunmanın en etkili yollarından biri olduğunu farkettim.
Son modül eğitimimizi Umut Kısa verdi. Düşünce sistemlerimizi yeniden sorgulamaya iten harika bir eğitimdi. Konudaki uzmanlığı ve işini tutku ile yapması gerçekten ilham vericiydi. Koçluk felsefesi ancak bu kadar etkili bir şekilde anlatılabilir.

Yaşam sürekli yolcuklarla devam ediyor. Bu yolculukta merak ettiğim yerlere gidebilmek için Sola Unitas’a denk geldim. İlk tanışmadan bugüne kadar güler yüzü , açıklayıcı ve samimi olması ile Meltem’in desteği ile Koçluk yolculuğuna başladım. İlk durağımızda Ayça’nın elimize verdiği pusula ile yönümüzü bulurken , ikinci durakta Fügen ile yolculuğumuzda kontrollü seyahate devam ediyoruz. Henüz yolun başındayım ve içim heyecanla, coşkuyla, mutlulukla dolu. Sola ailesiyle tanışalı henüz 2 gün olmasına rağmen sanki yıllardır birlikteydik ve şimdiden özledim. İlk modülü, bana ilham veren, ışık veren, içimi aydınlatan ve hayranlıkla izleyip dinlediğim, bana bir hediye olan Yeşim Erberksoy ile tamamladık. Her saniyesini mutlulukla, hem çok düşünerek, hem çok eğlenerek, verdiğimiz molaların dahi hemen bitmesini bekleyerek geçirdiğim 2 sihirli gün. Bu yolculuğun başında Sola ailesinden Tülin ve Yeşim’le tanışmak büyük bir keyifti, Sola’nın diğer mensuplarını da tanımadan, şimdiden seviyorum 🙂 yolculuğun bundan sonraki bölümü de eminim şahane maceralarla, unutulmaz deneyimlerle geçecek.
