Merhaba,
Benim Sola Unitas ile yolculuğum 22 Aralık 2018’de başladı. Temel Modülleri tamamlayıp ileri modüllere başladım. 9-10 Şubat 2019 tarihinde Yeşim Erberksoy’dan öğrenci koçluğu eğitimini aldım. Her eğitimin sonunda olduğu gibi eğitim hakkında geri bildirimlere sıra geldiğinde;
son on sekiz yılda ….. öğrenmişim.
…. yapmışım.
….. olmuşum.
….

Gibi uzun uza diye eğitimin bana verdiklerini ifade ettiklerimi sanıyordum.
Yeşim durdu ve “Eğitim?” dedi.
Bende “Harika” dedim.
Sonra eve dönüş yolunda kendi kendime Yeşim bana neden eğitim diye sordu diye bir düşünceye kapıldım.
Vardığım sonuç şu oldu. “Ben geri bildirimimi kendi gündeminden ifadeler ile verdim. Net olamadım. Taktirimi açık bir şekilde ifade edemedim.”
Şimdi 10 Şubat 2019’da 17.30-18.00 saatleri arasında 18 kişinin önünde veremediğim geri bildirimi bu siteyi ziyaret edip yorumları okuyacak kişilerin önünde vermeye karar verdim. Yeşim’cim Bu iki günlük eğitim harikaydı. Çünkü bu son on sekiz yılı yaşarken ben bu yaptıklarımın farkına varamamıştım. Taki, seninle öğrenci koçluğunu alana kadar. Evet eğitim harikaydı. Bu yaptıklarımın farkındalığını seninle geçirdiğim bu iki günün sonunda elde ettim.
Günün sonunda bir oyun oynamıştık. Ben bana verilen kağıda “Hayatımdaki iyikilerim arasında yer alıyorsun.” yazmıştım. Bu tamda yerinde olmuş. Ama onu şöyle değiştirmek istiyorum. Sola Unitas (bugüne kadar ekipten tanıştığım, Yeşim, Aslı, Tuğba, Umut, Eda ve Çiğdem), hayatımdaki iyikilerim arasında yer alıyorsun.

Etkileyici ve dönüştürücü bir eğitim sona erdi.
Bu kanaatimin; “para verdim, elbette kendimi iyi hissetmeliyim” halet-i ruhiyesinden mi yoksa bütünüyle nesnel öz düşüncemden mi kaynaklandığını yine kendime sordum. Verdiğim cevap samimiyetle; “evet bu defa çok farklı ve değer katıcı idi” oldu.
Koçluğu bir meslek olarak yapmayı düşünün ya da düşünmeyin, bu size kalmış. Ben naçizane; bu eğitimin, aile, sosyal ve iş yaşantınıza yüksek katma değer sağlayacağını, hatta bir adım daha ötesinde kendinizle ilişkinizi daha rafine yönetebileceğinizi düşünüyorum.
Sola’ya gelince…
İş yaşantısında benzerini çok göremeyeceğiniz kadar aile olmuş bir takım. Eğiticilik özellikleri çok gelişmiş profesyonel bir ekip. Rakiplerini anlatmayan yalnız kendi yaptıkları ile ilgilenen klasik ticari kültürümüzün ötesinde bir şirket.
Ayça, Aslı, Tuğba, Meltem, Yeşim ve elbette bu takımın kurucusu, koçu, mentoru, kitapkoala’nın babası Umut. Tanıdıktan sonra “ee nolmuş yani?” diyemeyeceğiniz kadar size dokunacak insanlar.
Pişman olmadım. Baştan başlasam yine Sola’yı seçerdim.

Hamiş: Ayça evet dediğin gibi ilk modülde “ben bu işi yapamam” dedim, Umut evet dediğin gibi son modülde “ben bu işi yaparım” dedim.
Her modül bittiğinde kapıdan yeni biri olarak çıktığınız uzun ama bir o kadar keyifli bir yolculuk…Her seferinde bir sonraki modülü iple çektim. Eğitimdeki grubumuz çok uyumlu ve herkes birbirine çok yakındı. Bu süreçte yanımda olduğunu hissettiren ve aklımda hiçbir soru işareti kalmasına izin vermeyen Sola Unitas ailesine çok teşekkür ederim. Özellikle Umut, Aslı ve Meltem 🙂
Şu ana kadar ki hayatım boyunca çok iyi kurumlardan çok güzel eğitimler aldım. Hayatımda en keyif aldığım ve en derinden içselleştirdiğim, en bana “vay be” dedirten eğitim.. eğitimcilerim ve eğitim boyunca hep yanımda hissettiğim, Solaunitas içerisinde bana beni daha bir ben hissettiren ve olmamı sağlayan Meltem, Ayça, Aslı, Umut ve emeği geçen herkese (isimlerini sayamadığim gizli ve gizli olmayan kahramanlardan özür dilerim) çok teşekkür ederim. Sola Unitas’a baslama hikayem oldukca karmasikti.Oncesinde yasadigim deneyimle pes etme ihtimalime ragmen Sola Unitas ile yoluma devam ettim.Hayatimdaki iyikilerimin en ust siralarina cikti bu yolculuk.
