6-7 temmuz tarihinde uzun süredir sabırsızlıkla almayı beklediğim Koçluk eğitimine başladım. 1-1,5 yıl süren okuma ve izlemeler sonrasında kursa başlamamın daha iyi olacağını düşünmüş ve beklemiştim. Ancak artık başlamam gerektiğini hissettiğim bu dönemde bu konuda en iyi kuruluşlardan biri olan Sola Unitas ı tercih ettim. Merakla ve heyecanla gittiğim ilk gün Yeşim ile karşılaştım, Yeşim eğitime başladı ve ben 7 temmuz akşamına nasıl vardığımızı anlayamadım. O kadar zamanı unutmuş ve dalmışım ki, iyi ki buradayım dedim. Doğru zamanda doğru yerde ve doğru kişilerle birlikte olduğumu düşündüm. Koçluk hakkında bilmediğim, öyle olduğunu zannettiğim bir çok şey değişti, çünkü uygulama yoğun eğitimde tam olarak genel çerçevenin ne olduğunu anlamış oldum. Henüz tam tarif edemediğim bir dönem başladı hayatımda. İlk modülün ardından uzun bir yolculuğun ilk adımlarını attığımı hissetmiştim.
Son modül tamamlandığında ise yolculuğun sadece uzun değil, aynı zamanda çok boyutlu olduğunu da anladım. Bildiğimizi sandığımız kavramların yanılsama olabileceğinin ayırdına vardım.
“Kalıplarının dışına çık, akışa uy ve bugüne dek öğrendiğin şeyleri sorgula” yeni kılavuzum artık.
“Koçluk yapmak” ile “koç olmak” arasındaki farkı içselleştirmek ve bu ayrımın özünü anlamak bakımından çok çarpıcı bir deneyim yaşadığımı itiraf etmeliyim.
Sola Unitas’ta temel 4 modülü tamamladım ve heyecanla niş modüllere katılmayı beklerken eğitimlerin bende bıraktıklarını paylaşmak istiyorum. Kendimi sorguladığım, değişime adım attığım ve kendimi çok daha iyi hissettiğim bir dönem başladı eğitimlerden sonra. Yeşim’in ilk modülü çok çarpıcı, zihin açıcı ve ilham vericiydi. Zühal ile işin pratiğini deneyimleyip, evet bu işi yapabilirim dediğim bir 2. modül geçirdim. Tuğba’nın 3 modülü beni en çok etkileyen oldu. Bende yarattığı yeni bakış açısı, yaklaşım için kendisine minnettarım. Umut’la birlikte 4. bölümde ise bu işin üstadı nasıl oluyormuş canlı canlı gördüm 🙂 Her birinize ayrı ayrı tüm kalbimle teşekkür ederim.
Eğitmenler tüm süreçleri tamamen içselleştirmiş ve hayatlarının bir parçası olarak katılımcılara aktarıyor. Ekranda sunum görmeden geçen, her anı dolu dolu ve zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlayamadığım programlardı. Benimle birlikte eğitime katılan çok değerli arkadaşlarımı hayatıma katması da en büyük kazançlarımdan birisi oldu.
