Modulumuzu bu hafta tamamlamis olduk ve ben bu modullun sonunun da donupte geriye baktigim da yillardir kendimde ki farkindaliklarla ugrasip kendi dosyalarimin icine o kadar dalmisim ki ‘ozellikle bu son bir yilldir’ cevremdeki insanlarda merak ettigim ve bir turlu kafamda ki taslarin yerine oturmadigi ve surekli kendi kendime sordugum ; cevremde ki insanlar nasil boyle davraniyorlar ? ,bu davranislari nereden geliyor? ,hangi kosullar onlari bu noktaya getirmis olabilir ?… gibi sorularin cevaplarini aramayi birakmisim . Bu modulde hem kendimle ilgili hemde cevremle ilgili farkindaliklarimi yasamami sagladigin ve ayni zamanda kafamdaki soru isaretlerini aydinlattigin icin tesekkur ederim .Ayrica cok iyi bir anlatici ve rol yapma yetenegi guclu bir ogretici oldugunu da soylemeden gecemiyecegim 🙂 Her modulde tekrar tekrar burada bulundugum icin cok sansli oldugumu dusunuyorum. Uzunca bir süredir planladığım ama bir türlü cesaret edemediğim , başlayamadığım bir süreçti koçluk..Yaptığım araştırmalar, bir iki tavsiye yolumu Sola Unitas’a getirdi. Bu sefer başladım, doğru zaman buymuş:) İlk modülü sevgili Ayça ile birlikte geçen hafta tamamladık. ‘Online eğitim ne kadar verimli olur?’ tereddütlerim bu modülle son buldu. Gayet de güzel oluyormuş..Ayça’nın açık ve samimi iletişimi, kullandığı dil patterni grubu hemen kaynaştırdı. Bizler sanki yıllarca tanışıyormuş gibi hemen uyum sağladık birbirimize. Bu program, içeriği ve eğitmenleriyle son derece katma değeri yüksek ve heyecan verici bir yol çiziyor biz katılanlara. Eğitim sırasındaki farkındalıklarım, hayrete düşüşlerim, sevinçlerim, paniklerim öyle tatmin edici ki.. 1. modülde Ayça’nın mükemmel anlatımı ve yaklaşımının üzerine 2.modülde Yeşim’in tatlılığı ve öğretmedeki başarısı ile ben bu yolda ilerlemek adına daha da motiveyim. Koçluk hakkında çok az bir bilgim varken Sola Unitas’ı tesadüfen internetten bulup, okuduğum yorumlarla burayı seçtiğimde aklımda yine de bir şüphe vardı, sonuçta bana kimse burayı önermemişti ve bilemezdim ne çıkacağını. Ama iyi ki o yorumu okumuşum, umarım kafası netleşmemiş biri olur da benim yorumumu okursa bilsin ki asla pişman olmayacaksın! Çok profesyonel, çok uygulamalı, keyifli bir öğrenme sürecindeyim, teşekkürler Sola Unitas!
