İnanır mısın bilmiyorum ama henüz Temel Koçluk Becerileri 1. modülü (16 saat) tamamlamama rağmen, bugün döndüm kendime ve ne dedim biliyor musun? ”Bugünden itibaren sen eski sen değilsin” Hayatımda ilk kez bu kadar kısa zamanda böyle bir farkındalık yaşadım.
Online eğitimin içeriği o kadar profesyonelce hazırlanmış olacak ki, akış içinde aktım gittim ben de. Adeta yeni bir maceraya çıkan biri gibi heyecanla bekledim. Beni farkındalıklarla dolu bilgi hazinesinin içine çekti.
Aslında herkesin alması gereken bir farkındalık eğitimi. Öğrendikçe birilerine anlatma isteğim doğdu. Herkes faydalanmalı yararlanmalı diye düşünüp durdum.
Yeşim Hocam, sesiyle duruşuya dersimize anlam kattın. Bizi aldın götürdün bi yerlere… Öyle ki öğretme modeli çok enteresan, aktardıkları aklına kazınıyor çıkmıyor. Bu muhteşem bir yetenek olsa gerek. Özellikle anlattığı örnekler zihnimin bir köşesine hapsoldu. Dersi başından sonuna kadar aynı heyecanla devam ettirip bizleri ekrandan bile kucakladı, şefkatle sevgiyle… İyi ki kesişti yollarımız.

Temel Koçluk eğitimine kayıt yaptırmadan önce gelip buradaki notlara bakmıştım, yorumlar kararımda etkili olmuştu. Bir yaştan sonra bir disipline, sınıfa girmek, hele ki yeni bir sorumluluk almak benim için epey zordu. Sonunda yola çıktım. Aşağı yukarı ne elde edeceğimi tahmin ediyordum. Daha ilk derste öyle olmadığını fark ettim; tahmin edebildiklerim, edemediklerimden azdı.
Size şöyle tarif edeyim; zihnime giden bir yol vardı. Yıllar boyunca kendi ellerimle inşa ettiğim, gayet güvenli, her gün geçtiğim, düzenli, konforlu bir yol. İlk modülde Yeşim o yoldaki çoğu parke taşını yerinden oynattı, kimisini de söktürdü bana. Özetle; rahatımı bozdu. Sonra ikinci modülün ilk haftasında Fügen’le o taşları yeniden farklı biçimlerde dizmeye başladım, yeni taşlar aldım. Yol inşaatı daha yeni başladı, bitecek gibi de gözükmüyor.
Uzun suredir yurtdisinda yasamam nedeniyle bircok kulture ve aile yapisina sahit oldum.
Dusundugumde herkesin kendine gore hayata bakis acisinin oldugunu anlamam zor oldu ve zamanimi aldi.
Hep , eksik biseylerin olduguni ve bunun sorumlusununda kendim oldugunu dusunurken karsima Sola Unitas cikti, iyikide cikti.

Hayatım boyunca kişisel gelişim konularına mesafeli olan ve hatta bu eğitime başladığımda da kafasında soru işaretleri olan biri olarak yazıyorum. Hani bir kitap okursun da hayatın değişir ya. Bu eğitim tam da öyle oldu benim için. Bir eğitim aldım ve hayatım değişti. Artık umudumu kaybetmiştim 40 yaşına kadar tam olarak ne istediğini bilmeyen bir adam olarak bundan sonra da ne isteyeceğimi bilmek konusunda. İlk modülden son modüle kadar Ayca, Fugen, Tugba, Umut ile geçirdiğimiz yolculuk hiç bitmesin isterdim. Ama inanıyorum ki daha yolun başındayız. Ve daha gidecek çok yolumuz var. Her şey için teşekkürler. İyi ki tanıdım sizleri.

Eğitimin 2. modülünün az önce bitmesinin ardından ben de düşüncelerimi paylaşmak istedim. Öğrendiğimiz teknikler kesinlikle elimizi güçlendirdi ve kendimizi daha güvende hissetmemizi sağladı. Ancak bunun ötesinde yaratıcılığımıza da katkı sağladığını söylemem lazım. Koçluk öyle bir süreç ki her bir seans farklı bir yolculuk ve bir koç olarak o yolculuğa eşlik ederken kendi tekniğini yaratabilme imkanı çok heyecan verici. Ayrıca Fügen Hoca’nın güleryüzü ve pozitif enerjisi de tüm bunları keyifli bir şekilde öğrenmemizi sağladı. Sola Ailesi’ne çok teşekkürler:)
