Sola Unitas ve sevgili Fügen ile sımsıcak keyifli neşeli bir eğitim daha tamamlandı. Eğitim sonunda Takım ve Grup koçluğu yapmaya olan ilgim ve merakım daha da arttı. Takım Koçluğunun Koçluk mesleğinde önemli bir alan ve tüm hayata uygulanabilir olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Bu eğitimden önce “Takım” demenin ne olduğunu bilmediğimi öğrendim. SolaUnitas ile koçluk eğitim sürecimde profesyonel anlamda o kadar değerli ve katma değerli bilgiler edindim mi, her bir eğitmenimize ve SolaUnitas ailesine teşekkür ve sevgilerimi sunarım.

Tüm iş hayatımda her zaman bir takımın parçası olarak yer aldım. Gerek başında, gerek içinde, gerekse yanında. Bu deneyimdeki tüm verimsiz yanları ve boşlukları doldurmanın en güzel araçlarından birinin Takım Koçluğu olduğunu görmek, farketmek müthiş. Sevgili Fügen’in sanki ilk defa anlatıyormuşçasına heyecanlı, odaklı, ilgili ve kucaklayan yaklaşımı, asla bıkmadan yanıtladığı soruları ve her birimize verdiği değeri hissettirmesinin yarattığı etkiyi sanırım kelimelerle anlatabilmem pek kolay olmayacak.
