Kocluk eğitimi almaya niyet edip de Türkiye’deki koçluk eğitimi veren okulları arastirirken o zamanlar kendisinden koçluk aldigim Sola Unitas bünyesi disindaki bir kariyer kocu bana Sola Unitas’in eğitimleri bittikten sonra da ögrencilerini yalnız birakmadigini, onları desteklemeye devam ettigini söylemişti. Acikcasi Sola’nin bu yönü benim okul seçimimde güclü bir rol oynadi. Hakikaten de eğitimden sonra gerek Uluslararasi Kocluk Federasyonu’dan Akredite Kocluk ünvani alimi yolculugunda gerekse bu ünvandan bagimsiz olarak koclugun gelişimi icin katedilen yolda ögrencilerin erişebileceği demo koçluk seanslarından olusan telekonferanslar ile, mentör koçluk görüşmelerinin yer aldigi kayıtlar ile, ögrencilerin birbirlerine koçluk yapabildiği bir platform olan CE Project ile bunu deneyimledim. Son olarak bu isin olmazsa olmazi… Sola Unitas’in her biri birbirinden degerli hocalarından MCC unvanlı Asli Aydemir Aytac’tan koçluk seansları aldım. Meger koçluk almadan koçluk yapmaya calismak yarim kalıyormuş! Danışan koltuğunda koçluk eğitimi almış biri olarak oturmak apayrı bir deneyimmiş. Her bir danışanin deneyimi elbette birbirinden farklı, elbette essiz. Dilegim o ki günün birinde herkes o koltukta oturma fırsati bulsun. <3
2. Modülü Fügen’le ve 3. Modülü Yeşimle bitirdim. Fügen’in enerjisi ile 3. Modül göz açıp kapayıncaya kadar bitti. Yeşim ise beni çok düşündürttü. Koçluktan önce kendime bakmaya başladım. İkisi de birbirinden değerli eğitmenler. Çok teşekkür ederim. Sola Unitas gerçekten kaliteli ve özel eğitmenler seçmiş. 4. Modülü de 4 gözle bekliyorum.

Ne desem, nasıl desem, nasıl ifade etsem bilemedim?! Modül-1’’den sonra heyecanla ve artan bir istekle Modül-2’yi de tamamladım bir nefeste, Fügen ile… Sola Unitas ailesi enteresan bir ekip, her birinin ayrı bir etkileyiciliği ve donanımı var… Fügen’de etkileyici bir aura ve pozitif bir enerji hissettim, bana yansıması buydu, çok keyif aldım, çok kafa bir eğitmen 🙂
