What does the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training content cover?

The 152-hour ICF Level 2 programme comprises 4 core modules (Fundamental Coaching Skills, Coach Presence & Deep Listening, World of Possibilities, Taking Action & Co-creation), 2 elective specialisation modules (Executive, Team, Career, Student or Parent Coaching), one-to-one mentoring sessions and a Turkish performance evaluation.

Which titles can be obtained when the training is completed?

Participants who complete the training and the required coaching practice hours can apply directly for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

What are the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training fee and payment options?

The Basic Coaching Package is offered at 48,588 TL (VAT included), and the Full ICF Level 2 Programme at 102,810 TL (VAT included). There is an option for 6 interest-free instalments on Maximum, World Card, CardFinans, Bonus, Paraf and Axess credit cards.

Are the training sessions online or face-to-face?

All modules are conducted interactively and live online (via Zoom) between 19:00 and 23:00 in the evening.

Sevgili Yeşim Koçluk süreci 1. modülde sahip olduğu koçluk tecrübesiyle harika bir temel attı diyebilirim. Sürece dair tüm merak, endişe, soru işaretleri yerini heyecan, farkındalık, merak ve daha fazlasını istemeye bıraktı. Derslerdeki aktarım tarzı, etik yaklaşımı, yaptırdığı uygulamaları, verdiği nokta atışı örnekleri ve konular arasındaki bağlantıları kurması ile dersler su gibi akıp geçti. 1. modüle başlarken ve biterken ki ben arasında ciddi bir farkındalık oluştu bile. Diğer modüllerinde de aynı tatmini yaşayacağıma şüphem yok.

Çok uzun zamandır almak istediğim eğitimimin temel modülünü Yeşim gibi pozitif, öğretme becerileri çok yüksek olan, disiplinli biri ile tamamladığım için çok mutluyum. Solo Unitas’tan aldığım koçluk eğitimi gerçekten çok değerli. Henüz 2.modül bitti. Hem birinci hem de ikinci modül son derece nitelikliydi – eğitmenlerimiz Sevgili Yeşim ve Ayça ; gerçekten alanında çok başarılı ve bilgili.
