What does the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training content cover?

The 152-hour ICF Level 2 programme comprises 4 core modules (Fundamental Coaching Skills, Coach Presence & Deep Listening, World of Possibilities, Taking Action & Co-creation), 2 elective specialisation modules (Executive, Team, Career, Student or Parent Coaching), one-to-one mentoring sessions and a Turkish performance evaluation.

Which titles can be obtained when the training is completed?

Participants who complete the training and the required coaching practice hours can apply directly for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

What are the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training fee and payment options?

The Basic Coaching Package is offered at 48,588 TL (VAT included), and the Full ICF Level 2 Programme at 102,810 TL (VAT included). There is an option for 6 interest-free instalments on Maximum, World Card, CardFinans, Bonus, Paraf and Axess credit cards.

Are the training sessions online or face-to-face?

All modules are conducted interactively and live online (via Zoom) between 19:00 and 23:00 in the evening.

Koçluk eğitiminin 3. modülünü tamamladığımda, hem kendime hem de çevreme dair davranış modellerimizi algılayışımda güçlü bir farkındalık oluştu. Dışarıdan görünen “ben”e içeriden bakabilmek; kendi içsel süreçlerimi gözlemleme becerisi kazanmak benim için oldukça dönüştürücü ve etkileyici bir deneyimdi. Bu modülde, Görkem’in rehberliği ve yol göstericiliği de süreci çok daha anlamlı ve değerli kıldı.
4. modülde ise Aslı’nın o kendine has “altın vuruşu” ile her bir modülün nasıl özenle tasarlandığını ve birbirini nasıl tamamladığını bir kez daha hissettim. Her modül ayrı etkileyici, ayrı güçlü bir deneyim sundu. Eğitimi tamamlamak benim için sadece bir öğrenme süreci değil, aynı zamanda içsel bir yolculuk oldu.

Sevgili Aslı’dan koçluk almak, uzun zamandır gündemimde olan fakat içten içe de tereddütlerimin olması nedeniyle beklediğim ve uzun bir süre adım atamadığım bir yolculuktu. Ama Aslı ile tanışmak, o belirsiz fezayı öyle anlaşılır ve güven veren bir zemine taşıdı ki. Onunla koçluk seanslarım, hayattaki anlam arayışımdaki farkına bile varmadığım bir kapının varlığını bana gösterdi; o kapıyı aralamama ve içeriye girebilmeme fırsat oldu. Bu yolculukta bana eşlik ettiğin için; yol boyunca samimiyetin, güler yüzün,duyduğunu hissettirdiğin, kalbimi rahatlıkla açmamı kolaylaştırdığın için derinden teşekkür ederim. Biliyorum ki seninle ne zaman, nerede karşılaşırsak, o zaman tam da olması gereken zamandır. Çünkü hiçbir şey için ne çok erken ne de çok geç değil… Her şey tam vaktinde, olması gerektiği gibi… İyi ki yolumuz kesişmiş. Seninle geçirdiğim her seansın sonrası üzerimde bir tüy hafifliğiydi. Dilerim ki yolun hep açık, bilgelik ve ışık dolu olsun. ✨💐

Biricik Aslı, yaptığın koçluklarda bir cümlen yetiyor. Az söylüyorsun çok oluyor; beklemediğim bir anda yerini buluyor. Aklımdan geçmeyen dilimden dökülüyor. Hiç bakmadığım taraflardan bir pencere açmış, seyrederken buluyorum kendimi. Derslerdeki anlatımın, donanımın, liderliğin ve tabii ki şefkatli yaklaşımın.. Bana hep iyi geldin. Yüzümü her daim gülümsettin. Gözlerimde hep yıllar öncesine dayanan bir karede gülümseyen yüzün ve Aslı’yla iyi ki tanışmışız, iyi ki yollarımız kesişti hissi… Aradan zaman geçse de, yollar farklılaşsa da; dün olduğu gibi bugün de aynı yakınlık aynı içten hisler..
