What does the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training content cover?

The 152-hour ICF Level 2 programme comprises 4 core modules (Fundamental Coaching Skills, Coach Presence & Deep Listening, World of Possibilities, Taking Action & Co-creation), 2 elective specialisation modules (Executive, Team, Career, Student or Parent Coaching), one-to-one mentoring sessions and a Turkish performance evaluation.

Which titles can be obtained when the training is completed?

Participants who complete the training and the required coaching practice hours can apply directly for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

What are the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training fee and payment options?

The Basic Coaching Package is offered at 48,588 TL (VAT included), and the Full ICF Level 2 Programme at 102,810 TL (VAT included). There is an option for 6 interest-free instalments on Maximum, World Card, CardFinans, Bonus, Paraf and Axess credit cards.

Are the training sessions online or face-to-face?

All modules are conducted interactively and live online (via Zoom) between 19:00 and 23:00 in the evening.

Koçluk yolculuğu beni baştan yarattı. Her yolculuk gibi lineer olmadı, şunu yaparsam kesin bu olur diyemedim.
Ama belirsizlik içinde aldığım yolun zorluğunu kolaylaştıranlar da vardı.

Bir koçun, koçluk hizmeti almadan alacağı yolu bir gözü kapalı yaptığını düşünürüm.
İşte ben iki gözümü de açmanın bazen can acıtıcı olmasına rağmen Aslı ile koçluk yolculuğuna çıktım. Çok derinlere daldığım ama bir o kadar da kolaylıkla çıktığım, her deneyimde biraz daha büyüdüğüm bir yol…

Aslı’nın değerli seans hizmetlerinden faydalandım. Onun rehberliğinde, iç dünyamın kapılarını bir bir araladım. Yaşadıklarımı kabullenmek, duygularımı anlamak, hayat yolumda emin adımlarla ilerlemek, kendi değerimin, sevgimin ve şefkatimin kök salmasına izin vermek… Hepsi bir tohum gibiydi; Aslı’nın dokunuşuyla toprağa düştü, ben ise sabırla, sevgiyle suladım.

Hayat bazen fırtınalarla, bazen durgun sularla sınar insanı. Ben de zaman zaman sıkışmış, bazen çökmüş, bazen kaçmış, bazen de yönümü kaybetmişimdir. Fakat Aslı’nın rehberliği, o fırtınalı denizde bana pusula oldu. Kendi içimin limanına dönmeyi, nefes almayı, yeniden başlamayı öğretti.

İnsanlara kattığı bu derin, dönüştürücü ve şefkatli değer için Aslı’ya gönülden teşekkür ediyorum.

Aslı ile seans hizmeti alma şansına erişen şanslı insanlardan biri olarak görüyorum kendimi. Aslı’nın tarzını, insana ve olaya bakışını, seni seans içinde çekelemeden, sürüklemeden ilerleyişini, düşündürmesini çok seviyorum. 5 seansımız nasıl bitti, seanslar başladığı saatten bitiş saatine nasıl geldi hiç anlamadım. O kadar akışında ve sımsıcaktı ki, bana o kadar iyi geldi ki…
Sevgili Aslı’nın bir sözü ile kendisine bir yansıtma yapmak isterim. ”Kalbinizi açın” der sevgili Aslı. Ama nasıl yapılacağını bilmezse insan yapamayabilir. Ben Aslı’ya bakarak hizalanmaya çalıştım, onun seanslarında o kalp açıklığını yaşamak bana kendimi çok değerli hissettirdi.

Koçluk yolculuğum devam ederken 2.modülde Yeşim ile yollarımız kesişti. Yeşim’in danışanı olarak koçluk görüşmesi deneyimlemek ise anlamlı ve farklıydı. Çantamıza yeni teknikler kazandırdığın için teşekkür ederim Yeşim. Puzzle parçaları o kadar güzel birleştirilmiş ki…

William Shakespeare’in dizeleri ile Yeşim’in bizi bu üçüncü modüle neden uğurladığını anladım. Görkem ‘e tekrar teşekkür ederim “Bir ben var bende benden içeri” dedirttiği için.. Sahnede ismim, ben ve benliklerim… Ne oluyor da bunu seçiyorum? Oyunu görüyor muyum? TA ve Temas iletileri => niye temas iletisi almak isterizi deneyimledim 🙂
Koçluk eğitiminde 3.modülü de tamamladım. Ok.
