What does the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training content cover?

The 152-hour ICF Level 2 programme comprises 4 core modules (Fundamental Coaching Skills, Coach Presence & Deep Listening, World of Possibilities, Taking Action & Co-creation), 2 elective specialisation modules (Executive, Team, Career, Student or Parent Coaching), one-to-one mentoring sessions and a Turkish performance evaluation.

Which titles can be obtained when the training is completed?

Participants who complete the training and the required coaching practice hours can apply directly for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

What are the ICF Level 2 Coaching Training fee and payment options?

The Basic Coaching Package is offered at 48,588 TL (VAT included), and the Full ICF Level 2 Programme at 102,810 TL (VAT included). There is an option for 6 interest-free instalments on Maximum, World Card, CardFinans, Bonus, Paraf and Axess credit cards.

Are the training sessions online or face-to-face?

All modules are conducted interactively and live online (via Zoom) between 19:00 and 23:00 in the evening.

  Egitmenimiz Yeşim Erberksoy’dan aldigim Temel Koçluk egitiminin 1.modulunu tamamladim. Bana gore, çok keyifli ve herseyin tam da olmasi gerektiğini düşündüğüm gibi tamamlanan bir egitimdi. Temel Koçluk Eğitiminin 1.Modülünü Yeşim Erberksoy’dan alma fırsatı buldum. Alanına hakimiyeti, sorularımıza gösterdiği sabırlı ve içten yaklaşımı öğrenme deneyimimi çok zenginleştirdi. Anlatımının netliği, gerçek örneklerle konuları somutlaştırması ve güçlü soru tekniklerini uygulamalı olarak göstermesi çok değerliydi. Zaman yönetimi kusursuzdu, eğitim akışı hem verimli hem de ilham verici geçti. Kendimle ilgili yeni farkındalıklar kazandım ve koçluğun dönüştürücü yanını hissettim. Bu yolculuk için güçlü bir başlangıç olduğunu düşünüyorum. Yeşim hocama tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.

26 Kasım, saat “tam 19.00’da” tanıştım Yeşim Hocamla. Tam da öyle olmalıydı çünkü işine ve insanlara saygısı, son derece net oluşu, konusuna mutlak hakimiyeti ve zaman yönetimine verdiği milimetrik hassasiyet öyle gerektiriyormuş belli ki.
Yeşim Hocam; sizden aldığım eğitime uygun olarak doğrudan size söylüyorum: “Bu kısacık sürede (ne yazık ki) bende yarattığınız onca farkındalık ve koçluk macerasına ilişkin endişelerimin hızlıca ortadan kalkmasına olan katkılarınız için size minnettarım.”
