Koçluk eğitimine her ne kadar araştırarak ve çok kararlı olarak yola çıktığımı düşünsem de eğitim içeriği ve eğitmenlerin eğitimi aktarış şekli beklentimin çok üzerinde oldu. Sola Unitas ve Eğitmen kadrosu gerçekten çok iyi. Baştan sona eğitimi heyecanla bekledim, çok şey öğrendiğim ve süreç nasıl bitti hiç anlamadım. Temel Koçluk Eğitimi Modül 1’i Fügen Albayrak’tan aldım. Paha biçilmez bir deneyimdi. Yüzme bilmeyen bir sınıf dolusu öğrenciyi aynı anda denize sokup, güvenle su üstünde durmamızı sağladı. Koçlukla ilgisi olmayan bizlerin dördüncü gündeki gelişim süreci büyüleyiciydi. Koçluk metodolojisini, dinlemeyi, güçlü sorular sormayı öğrendik. Bolca pratik yaptık. Dersler nasıl geçti, birinci mıdül ne zaman bitti anlayamadım, çok öpretici ve keyifliydi. Burada olmak verdiğim en doğru kararlardan biri. Teşekkürler Fügen, teşekkürler Sola Unitas.

Ayça ile yönetici koçluğu eğitimini tamamladık. Eğitmen, koç kimliği ile işini iyi yaptığını söylemekten çok daha fazlasını katarak, hissettirerek eğitimi tamamladığımızı söylemek isterim. Temel ve İleri Düzey Koçluk Eğitimlerimi Sola Unitas ile tamamladım.
