Modül eğitimi 2 gün ve toplam 16 saat sürmekte ve üstelik hafta sonu Yani duruma böyle bakınca emekli olmuşum, bir işe girmek gibi bir düşüncem yok eee istediğim saatte kalkıyorum televizyon izliyor kedimle birlikte tembellik yapmak varken evimin İzmire uzaklığı bedeni ile sabah gün ağarmadan kalkıp niye Eğitime gideyimki gibi düşünülebilirdim. 27-28 Ocak tarihlerinde sevgili Ayça ile Koçluk yolculuğuna başladım. Başlarken çok büyük endişelerim vardı. Koçluğun oldukça zor olduğunu düşünüyordum. Ayça’nın merak etmeyin 2. gün öğlen saatlerinde artık koçluk yapabileceksiniz dediğinde inanılması imkansızdı. Bununla birlikte ikinci gün hepimizin birbirimize koçluk yapabildiğini gördüm. Bugüne kadar farklı konularda onlarca eğitim aldım ve bunun da benzer eğitimlerden olacağını düşünüyordum. Bununla birlikte nasıl bir ortam ile karşılaşacağımı bilemiyordum. Bu da biraz endişe yaratıyordu. İlk gün Ayça ile tanıştık, ne kadar da iyi oldu. Samimi ve insanın yüreğine dokunan bir yaklaşımla 2 muhteşem gün yaşattı. İnanılmaz keyif aldım. Muhteşem bir grubumuz vardı ve enerji sürekli yüksekti. Eğitim ortamı, sessizliği, temizliği, kalitesi muhteşemdi. 104. Dönemin çok muhteşem grubundaki, muhteşem insanlarla birlikte olmak, Ayça ile bu ortamı paylaşmak çok çok keyifliydi. Bu kadar kaliteli, sevecen, samimi, yardımsever, enerji dolu, güleryüzlü ekibin bir araya gelmesi tesadüf gibi görünse de bunun tesdüf değil gruptaki insanların enerjisinden ve kalplerinin güzelliğinden olduğunu düşünüyorum.
