Sola Unitas daki eğtimlerimiz hayatımın unutulmaz anıları arasında yer alacak. İlk modülden itibaren tamamen kendim olabildiğim, (bazı skeçler hariç:)) rol yapmak zorunluluğunda kalmadığım bir yer, sanki evim gibi oldu benim için. Yolum uzun ve çetin ama şunu da biliyorum ki, hiç bir başarı konfor alanında gelmiyor. Ama iyi ki bu yola sizlerle çıkmışım ve her birinizi tanıma fırsatı buldum.

12 yıldır çeşitli firmalarda Bilişim Sektöründe danışmanlık yapıyorum. 300.000 kişilik şirketlerden 10 kişilik şirketlere kadar çeşitli firmalar bünyesinde bu 12 yıl içerisinde 30 dan fazla müşteri ile çalışma fırsatım oldu. Kariyerimde ilerlerken hep kendime göre doğru bildiklerimi ve işin gereklerini yerine getirerek çalıştım. Farklı konularda çeşitli dönemlerde farklı kişisel gelişim eğitimleri, sosyal beceri eğitimleri aldım. Hep insanlarla iletişimde kalmanın önemi üzerinde durdum ama bir yandan da önce işimi tamamladım.
Hiç de kendime sormadım acaba bu ben miyim ? Bunu gerçekten yapmak istiyor muyum diye?
Şimdi anlıyorum ki zaman zaman endişelerime zaman zaman kendime yarattığım konfor alanıma sığınıp ne istediğimi ve nasıl yapabileceğimi sorgulamadığım, geçmişten gelen inançlarımın beni yönlendirmesine izin verip yaptığım hatalara hep bir geçerli gerekçe bulup devam etmişim.

Anlamak isteyenleri ACTP sürecini araştırmaya davet ediyorum.
Ben bu süreçte sadece koçluk yetkinliklerini öğreneceğimi sanıyordum.
Bunlar;

etikler,
dinlemek,
soru sorma,
direkt ifade etme,
anlaşma yapma,
hedef ve plan,
güven ve yakınlık, f
arkındalık yaratmak,
sorumluluk ve gelişimi yönetmek
gibi başlıklardı.
Şunu gördüm ki Sola Unitas bünyesinde başladığım bu süreçte bu kavramlardan daha önemli başka şeylerin farkına da vardım:
Haddini bilmek,
Sıradan olduğumuzu kabul etmek,
Herkesin potansiyelinin farkında varmak,
Saygılı olmak,
Sevmek,
İnançları değiştirebilmek,
Hatalarımızın sorumluluğunu üstlenmek.

Sola Unitas’la tanışıklığım Kitap Koala aracılığı ile oldu. Kitap Koala sevgimden dolayı sanırım, koçluk yolculuğuna Sola Unitas’la çıkmak konusunda en ufak bir şüphem, en ufak bir ‘acaba’m yoktu. Henüz daha ilk modülü tamamlamış olmama rağmen içimin Sola Unitas’la ilgili doğru söylediği milyon kere kanıtlanmış durumda. Başvuru süreci özelinde Eda’ya, ilk modül özelinde Ayça’ya ve de uzun soluklu bir çaba sonucu demlenmiş olduğu belli bu program için katkıda bulunan herkese çok teşekkür ederim 🙂
