Uzun bir araştırma süreci sonrasında çok istediğim bu yolculuğa Sola Unitas ile çıktım. Tüm samimiyeti ile tüm sorularımı yanıtlayan, güven veren Meltem Akgün’ e, ilk modülde profesyonel olarak ilk adımı atmış hissettiren ve doğru yerde olduğuma inandıran Yeşim Erberksoy’a , bu yolculuğun sonu olmayan ve hep iyi geleceğine inandıran hep bu yolda olmak istediğimi fark ettiren Ayça Kabaş’a çok çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Uzun bir araştırma suresi sonunda meltem akgunun de dediği gibi artık ne kadar istediysem koçlugu biraz mucize biraz istikrar ile başladığım bu serüvene yeşim ve Ayça ile birlikte aldigim her dakikasıni hayretle ve büyük bir iştahla dinlediğim eğitimler beni tatmin seviyemin de üstünde karşıladı karşılamaya devam ediyor. Farkı ben dahil ailem cevremdekiler den de duyuyorum. Hayatım boyunca ulaşmak istediğim insan modeline ulaşmamda bana kesinlikle vermeye başladığını hissetmiştir. Sonsuz sevdiler tesekkurler.

Yillarca farkli kulturlerle calisirken, hem epeyce deneyim hemde onyarginin bin turlusunu biriktirdim. Basarili oldukca hepsi amma da isime yariyor dedim, ama birsey hep sanki eksik kaldi, icgudulerimi dinledim,durmadim, bunu fark ettim. Fark ettikce basladim calismaya uzerinde, sonra da cesit cesit cevap buldum.Her cevapla da bircok yeni sorum olustu:) Yine bir durdum, anladim ki bu bitmeyecek bir yolculukmus. Sonra bulduklarimi uygulama cesaretine ve heyecanina kavustum ilk aldigim koclukla beraber. Cok hosuma gitti. Derinlestikce dinginlestim sanki.Dedim ki bende bu yolda yurumek, ogrenmek, baskalarina ayni heyecani yasatmak istiyorum. Bunu herkes tatmali, gercekten dunya daha guzel bir yer olabilir o zaman cunku dedim:)

Uzun süren araştırmalarım ve çevremdeki “güzel insanların” referansları ile yeni hayatıma Sola ile başlamaya karar verdim.
Temel Koçluk modülünü geçtiğimiz günlerde bitirdik. 4 modülle beraber ben de her adımda hem zihinsel hem ruhsal olarak dönüştüm. Bu serüvene yolu seveceğimi bilerek başlamıştım ancak yola aşık olacağımı tahmin etmemiştim 🙂
(Tanışma sıramla)Yeşim, Ayça, Aslı, Umut… İyi ki varsınız! ve ben iyi ki kendime bu hediyeyi vermişim. Çok öğrendiğim, hep öğreneceğim, hem sustuğum hem konuştuğum, hem dinlediğim hem de “dinlediğim” bir yolculuktayım. Tüm eğitmenlerime tevazu dolu bilgelikleriyle yanımızda oldukları için minnettarım.
Yeni ben Sola’yı kalbimin içine yerleştirdim, şimdi içimdeki heyecanla yeni meslek hayatım için sıradaki eğitimlerimi bekliyorum.
Derslerde konuştuğumuz “Testinde ne varsa dışarı da o sızar” (Mevlana) öğretisinden hareketle kendi içimde neler var, neden var, bakıyorum… çalışıyorum.
Hayatın her anında Ben Ok’im, Sen Ok’sin diye yazmak, bunu söylemek ne kadar kolay ancak böyle yaşamak ne kadar zor ve bunu başarınca ne kadar sihirli!

Eğitimlerin bende yarattığı kişisel farkındalık çok yüksek oldu. Bu farkındalığın koçluk yolculuğum için kullanabilir halde olması ve bir nevi maya gibi yaşamaya devam etmesi ise sanırım en önemli nokta. Bugün, eğitimlerin çoğunu almış ve koçluk yolculuğumda biraz ilerlemiş olarak geri dönüp baktığımda, aldığım eğitimlerin “hareket” içeren bir tasarıma ve devam eden bir etkiye sahip olduğunu söyleyebiliyorum. Hatta daha doğrusu deneyimlemeye devam ediyorum:)
Bende yarattığı kişisel farkındalık hem eğitimde hem de sonrasında koçluk yetkinliklerine dair bir farkındalığa dönüşüyor, ve yolculuk sırasında doğru noktalarda kendiliğinden kendini hatırlatmaya devam ediyor gibi. Sanki tüm eğitmenler hep yanımda benimle beraber koçluk yapıyor gibi, hem de kendi yolculuğumun “kendi” yolculuğum olması konusunda çok dikkatliler ve beni serbest bırakıyorlar gibi; hem güç veriyorlar hem özgür bırakıyorlar.
Yaptığım koçluk görüşmelerinden sonra kendimi değerlendirdiğimde anlıyorum en çok bu anlattıklarımı. Eğitimden alıp yanımda taşıdıklarımı deneyimlerimden öğrendiklerimle ilmek ilmek örmeye devam ediyorum gibi sanki, çok güzel hissettiren devam eden inanılmaz bir değer.
