Meltem, başka bir koçluk firması ile el sıkışma noktasında iken bu muhteşem kurum ve koçlar için ikna etti. Henüz yolun çok başındayım. Ancak 1. modülden, anlatılanlardan, anlatım şeklinden, öğrendiklerimden o kadar çok keyif aldım ki burada paylaşmadan edemedim. Bu yolculuğun en başında bize eğitmenlik yapan Yeşim’e, harika aktarımları, muhteşem ses tonu, ve tüm samimiyeti için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Eğitimin devamını sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum. 🙂
Koçluk serüveni hayatıma, iş hayatımı sorgulamaya başlarken giriş yaptı. Ne olduğuna dair pek bir fikrim yoktu ve kariyer alanında aldığım koçluk ile hayatımın dönüm noktasını yaratmış oldum. 3 yıl boyunca aldığım koçluktan hayatımda o kadar büyük değişimler meydana geldi ki.. Ardından bu ihtiyacın çok fazla kişi için de olduğunu fark edip, iş hayatım için koç olma hedefini kendime koydum. Büyük bir motivasyon ve istek ile bu sürece doğru ilerledim. Koçluk eğitimi almaya başlama zamanım geldiğinde de yaptığım kurum araştırmalarının sonucunda SolaUnitas ekibi ile olmaya karar verdim. Çünkü yıllardır takip ettiğim koçlar bu akademinin bir parçası ve daha en başından eğitim planı ile iş hayatını da düşünerek bizi hazırlama inceliğini düşünmüş olmalarından çok etkilenmiştim.
Her bir modül hocamız çok değerli, çok katkı sunan ve bunun için tüm samimiyeti ile destek olan değerli kişiler.. Eğitim planı akşam saatlerine denk geldiği için odak sorunu yaşar mıyım diye bir çekincem vardı ancak hiç öyle olmadı 🙂 Derste öğrenciyi tutabilmek en büyük yeteneklerden biri ve grubumuzdaki herkesin ders sürecinde odaklarını vererek çok güzel süreç geçirdiklerini görebiliyorum.
