Koçluk için yola çıkmaya karar verdiğimde benim için çok önemli bir büyüğümden aldığım tavsiye şuydu: “Alternatif kurum araştırmak için hiç yorulma , Sola Ünitas’a git ne demek isteyeceğimi anlayacaksın”. Çok iddialı geldi ilk önce ama Yeşim Erberksoy ile 1.modül eğitiminin ilk günü bittiğinde hissettiklerim ; uçsuz bucaksız bilgiden, bilginin aktarılma tarzından, bildiklerini her ayrıntısına kadar aktarma arzusundan , enerjisinden ve her an, her cümlesinin altında verdiği cesaretten büyülenmiş olmamdı.
Hayranlık başka bir konu, ama şuan yaşadığım duygu ; çıktığım bu yolda, olduğum yer ve beynime/ruhuma/kalbime dokunan insanlara hissettiğim güvendir.

Etkili soru sormayı öğrenir, işimde biraz farklılık yaratır; azıcık da hava atarım diye düşünüyordum bu fikir ilk aklıma düştüğünde… Bir de pandemi sürecini boşa geçirmemiş olurum diyordum kendi kendime… Lakin durum hiç de bu kadar basit değilmiş 🙂
İlk ders itibari ile daha önce hiç bilmediğim bir dil ve iletişim şekli ile tanıştım! Beni içsel bir yolculuğa çıkaran bir dil… üstelik tabir-i caizse ‘OHA’ anları ile dolu bir yolculuk. Bu yolculukta içimdeki çocukla konuştum, ebeveyne hak verdim ve aslında kendimle hemhal oldum. Geçmişimle barıştım; kendime ve çevreme farklı pencerelerden bakmayı öğrendim… yargılamadan, kabul ederek, ‘vardır bir nedeni’ diyerek, kendime de karşımdakine de ‘ok’ diyerek 🙂 Tüm bunlar İçin Tibet’e gitmedim, hayır! Sadece Sola Actp koçluk sürecinin temel düzeyini tamamladım 🙂
