Fügen ile keyifl ve verimli bir eğitimdi. İlerleyen dönemlerde umarım ce projectte takım koçluğu demosu yapmak için de kaynak/eşleşme olanağı doğar.

Koçluk temel eğitimini taçlandıran, oldukça detaylı ve kaliteli bir niş eğitimdi. Fügen ile eğitimlere doyamıyorum, Takım koçluğu çok farklı bir deneyim oldu. yeni bilgiler, yeni teknikler ile beni yine bilgilerle doyurdu. Enerjisi, bilgisi ve deneyimleriyle beni birkez daha şaşırttı.

Koçluğun arkasından gelen “Takım Koçluğu” Modülü bana çok daha fazla koçluk becerisi gerektiren bir eğitim olarak gözüktü. AYnı anda farklı kalıp, ihtiyaç ve duygudaki insana hitap edebilmek. O eşitliği ve dengeyi sağlayabilmek. BUnu başarırsak birebirde çok daha rahat akarız diye düşünüyorum. Fügen, bir eğitmen koç olarak bu dengeyi çok güzel geçirdi, çok iyi bir rol model oldu. Koçlukta bütünselliği algılamamı sağladı (gözlem, düşünce, strateji, tarafsızlık, teknik, duygu, etki….). Her biri çok rahat bir şekilde dopalında aktı. Çok teşekkürler.

Yine şahane bir eğitim ve Fügen’in tadına doyum olmayan anlatımı.. Saatler, günler nasıl geçti anlamadık. Takım koçluğu ile ilgili edindiğimiz araçlar ve deneyimler, her şey harikaydı. İyiki katılmışım.
