Meltem Akgün-En

Meltem Akgün graduated from Ankara Bahçelievler Deneme High School in 2000 and continued her education at Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Economics. At the end of 3rd grade, Meltem decided to study philosophy with a radical decision, graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of Philosophy, and then completed her master’s degree at Gazi University, Faculty of Educational Sciences.

She worked as a Philosophy group teacher and guidance counselor in various educational institutions and schools, and wrote the Philosophy Department books of these institutions. Meltem continued her career as a manager and since 2014, she has been working as the manager of Sola Unitas Anatolia region, mainly in Ankara and Izmir.

She started her coaching journey with coaching and leadership trainings at Sola Unitas, a Gestalt-based ICF Accredited Academy, and successfully completed the ‘Advancing the Path to Care Coaching Masteries’ program and stepped into professional coaching. She is one of the few coaches in Turkey to hold the title of PCC by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Meltem has also completed Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Student Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Inherited Family Trauma trainings. She has also received Nlp Practitoner and Nlp Master trainings and has completed all corporate training processes within Sola Unitas Academy. She has designs on training management, development programs and gamification.

She has successfully completed the Emotional Skills and Competencies (ESaC) and Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility (ETaC) trainings developed by world-renowned Professor Paul Ekman.

After completing her trainings, she continues to work at Sola Unitas Academy as an ICA (Izotomi Certified Analyst) Specialist, managing the entire Anatolia region of the Izotomi Project.

She also works with great enthusiasm and excitement as a developmental editor and author coach at Sola Publications within the Sola Unitas Group.
