Isotomy Certified Analyst (ICA)

It is a certification process structured to train specialists who have the skills and competence to analyze the values of students between the ages of 13-19 quantitatively and qualitatively.

In the program, technical details and communication subtleties regarding isotomy inventory reading and report writing are taught.

The training program is only the first stage of the process of becoming an ICA. The process of becoming an ICA for those who participate in the program is as follows.

1. Attending the ICA Module Training (exemption is available for those with ICF certification)

2. Receiving Student Coaching and Parent Coaching Trainings

3. Participating in Emotional Reading and Microexpression Trainings

4. ICF certification at least at ACC level

5. Conduct a minimum of 5 Isotomy interviews on your own

ICAs’ Isotomy Interview reports are closely monitored after their module trainings. As a result of the analyzed reports, the Izotomi Management Team determines whether they will receive the S1 title or not. The Izotomi Management Team takes report quality and client communication into account in ICA assignment preferences.
