In order to become a professional coach and to obtain ICF accreditation, which is of the highest importance in Turkey and in the world, it is mandatory to receive mentor coaching. This program focuses on developing and deepening coaching skills as a condition of being on the coaching journey and becoming an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach. It is a program that can be experienced by all coaches who have completed our ICF ACSTH program or have completed the formation program of an ICF accredited coaching school and want to continue their learning journey.
There are some prerequisites to receive the ACC (Accredited Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Association. Before applying to ICF, both ACTP and ACSTH graduates must fulfill the following requirements
– 100 hours of coaching,
– 10 hours of mentor coaching.
Only those who fulfill these requirements can apply to ICF for the ACC title. The next step is to submit a 20-60 minute coaching audio recording to ICF.
We have three different packages for the Mentor Coaching Program.
This mentor coaching program will be delivered via teleconference and consists of 7 hours of group work and 3 hours of one-on-one work. The 3 hours of work includes listening to registered coaches and determining if the registration is eligible for ACC application. The group can consist of maximum 10 people according to ICF rules. The program fee is 8400.-TL.
The individual mentor coaching program, which will be planned as online meetings or one-on-one sessions, consists of 10 hours of work with a mentor coach with at least MCC level title. The program fee is 45.000.-TL.
The individual mentor coaching program, which will be planned as online meetings or one-on-one sessions, consists of 10 hours of work with a mentor coach with at least PCC level title. The program fee is 25.000.-TL.
