Hayatımın tüm kırılım noktalarında mutlaka başka bir açılım ve yönelişle karşılaştım…pandemi kırılımında da; konuştuğumuz, geliştirmek istediğimiz bir proje ile ilgili “Profesyonel Koçluk” çıktı karşımıza…biraz sorma soruşturma araştırma neticesinde Sola Unitas’tan haberim oldu, LinkedIn’den bir yöneticisi ile yazıştım, O beni Meltem’e yönlendirdi, derken Meltem’in motive eden ve teşvik eden yaklaşımı ile kendimi birden koçluk sürecinin içinde buldum ve ilk modül için geldim Yeşim’in karşısına oturdum 🙂

Merhaba, Aslı Aydemir Aytaç’tan 5 seans koçluk aldım. Koçluk eğitimleri alırken Aslı’dan tarzından, işindeki uzmanlığından ve otantikliğinden çok etkilenmiş ve onunla bireysel olarak bir araya gelmek koçluk ya da mentorluk almak çok istemiştim. Bunu gerçekleştirmek benim için gerçekten beklediğim gibi bir deneyim oldu. Bütüncül ve kendine has ama işini de çok iyi bilen tarzı hayatıma ve koçluk mesleğime çok büyük bir katkı sağladı ve sağlayacak… Yolculuğumuzun devamı dileğiyle…
Yeşim ile yaptığım koçluk görüşmem benim için aydınlatıcı oldu. Soyut, metaforik ve duygularla konuşuyor olmama rağmen beni çok iyi anladığını, benim tarafımda olduğunu hissettim ve görüşme boyunca, kendi başımayken olduğu gibi kaybolmama izin vermeyip beni yolda tuttu; bu çok rahatlatıcıydı ve görüşme talebimdeki amaca ulaşmamı sağladı. Zamanında koçluk eğitimlerinde eğitmenlerimden biriydi, ama görüşme boyunca bu ayrıntının baskısını veya yan etkisini hiç hissetmedim, oldukça profesyoneldi, benim dilimden konuştu, bana alan tanıdı ve desteği iyi geldi 🙂 Tekrar irtibata geçeceğim, koçluk almayı düşünen ama kafasında soru işareti olanlar varsa, gerçekten düşünmeden alabilirsiniz, hem Koç adaylarının koçluk alarak bu yolda ilerlemeleri önemli olduğu için hem de elinizin altında kendinize yardımcı olmak adına böyle bir imkan olduğu için değerlendirin derim.
