Sola Unitas’ta hepsi birbirinden kıymetli ve kendi konularında deneyimli eğitmenler ile 4 modülden oluşan temel koçluk eğitimini alma şansını yakaladım. Şans diyorum. Çünkü asıl yolculuğumuzun kendi derinliklerimize doğru olduğunu, kendimizi iyice anlamadan ve anlamlandırmadan bir başkasının hayatlarına dokunamayacağımızı, danışanı kalbimize almanın ne denli önemli olduğunu Sevgili Fügen, Yeşim, Ayça ve son modülde de Aslı bizlere uygulamalar ile iyice öğretti. Modüllerde koçluk yolculuğunun daha çok kilometre kilometre olduğunu da koçluk yetkinliklerini çok iyi öğrendik. Bizi derinlere götüren eğitimlerdi. Şansım sola unitas ve böylesi bilgili eğitmenler olunca doğru yerde olduğumun rahatlığını modüller esnasında hep hatırladım. Diğer şansım ise birlikte yolculuğa çıktığım canım arkadaşlarımdı. Mesleği öğrenmenin yanı sıra, hayata dair bir çok konuda da farkındalığımın arttığı bir eğitim oldu. Eğitime başlarken mesai sonrası, yorgunlukla verimli bir eğitim olabilecek mi soru işareti vardı kafamda. Fakat saatin gelmesini iple çektiğim bir eğitim oldu.
