Takım Koçluğu eğitimi ile hem bir ekibin parçası olarak kendimi anlama şansı yakaladım hem de bir koç olarak bambaşka bir bakış açısı yakaladım. Diğer tüm eğitimler gibi kendime çok şey kattığım ve keyif aldığım bir süreç oldu. Harika insanlar tanımak da bonusu 🙂

Online eğitime katılmamak için 1 yıl boyunca direndim ve fakat abartısınız aldığım eğitimler arasında en keyiflilerin başında geliyor. Üstelik Fügen’in saatine göre sabah saat 04:00-05:00 civarlarında başlayan bir eğitimdi, enerjisi, her birimiz ile tek tek ilgilenmesi gerçekten şahane. Mentor koçluktan sonra seninle tekrar karşılaşmak çok büyük şanstı Fügen, önce sana sonra tüm Sola Unitas’a çok teşekkür ederim.

Temel Koçluk eğitiminin ardından daha ne olabilir derken Takım Koçluğu eğitimi ufkumu genişletti.
Hem takım üyesi olarak kendimi tanımama hem de bulunduğum takımların dinamiklerini anlamama yardımcı oldu.
En önemlisi de Fügen’ in enerji dolu anlatımıyla, örnekleriyle bu eğitimi almak çok keyifliydi.

Tüm eğitimlere gerçekten çok severek ve sonsuz bir merakla katıldım. Gerek Temel eğitimler, gerekse de niş eğitimlerimiz bizlere farklı ufuklar açtı. Takım Koçluğunu da Fügen’den almak çok büyük keyifti. Her saatine değdi.

Merhaba,

İyiki takım koçluğunu seçtim ve iyiki bu eğitimi bana Fügen Albayrak verdi. Eğitimin içeriği, anlatım ve yaklaşım güzelliği dışında, profesyonel bir koç olarak mesleği icra ederken duruş, bilinç ve his olarak verdiği feyz paha biçilemezdi. Eğitimin içeriği tatmin edici düzeyde idi. Ancak özellikle son eğitim günümüzde kendi deneyimlerinden çıkardığı sonuçları bizimle paylaşması kafamdaki bir çok soruya cevap bulmamı sağladı.
