She graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Communication. She started his career in 1990 as a Cabin Crew at THY, where she could satisfy his passion for the sky and traveling the world, and she left this profession, which she loved, as a Cabin Supervisor in 1998 due to the start of her life in Moscow as an expat. While living in Moscow, she graduated from American Touro University of Moscow, Department of Business Administration. After living in different countries for many years, Fügen continued her career as an Economy Reporter in private TV channels after returning to Turkey.
In 2013, she completed her coaching and leadership trainings and started her professional coaching career. She is one of the few coaches with the MCC title by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a competent practitioner of NEO PI-R. Fügen has successfully completed Paul Ekman International approved Emotional Skills and Competencies-ESaC and Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility-ETaC trainings.
Fügen, who holds the title of CSF (Certified Skillful Facilitator), provides consultancy and trainings in the agile transformation processes of organizations. She is also an expert in circular dialogue and meeting energy flow management, as well as communication, adaptation and sustainability-based trainings tailored to the needs of organizations.
Fügen continues her life and work in New York and is the representative of Sola Unitas Academy New York branch. She is the author of Group Coaching.
