The water flows and finds its way. If you are ready to search for yourself within and change with mindfulness on the path to self-compassion, you can meet mindfulness, which is based on Buddhist philosophy and has reached a multidimensional structure over the years with scientific foundations in universities such as Massachusetts, Stanford, Toronto, Oxford and many more, in this training.

Jon Kabat Zinn, founder of the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Program, defines “mindfulness” as an invitation to look at our own body, heart and life in a new, more systematic and compassionate way. In this training, based on Zinn’s definition, you will learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life by accepting yourself with light and gentle touches, without forcing yourself, and by nurturing compassion for yourself and others. You will be reminded of a quality that you actually have. This is the ability to stay in the here and now, to interpret our inner world and the outside world with the five senses without judgment.
